Fortune Teller.

I'm not a fortune teller.
I'm just a dreamer.

Director: Matteo Tonarelli, Actors crew: Connor Atkins, Stella Sophie Kieffer, Wlada Igorevna, Carlo Loiudice, MUA: Artmission

Few months ago when it was really cold and lot of us dreamed about spring time I took part in this project.
I wont tell all details about movie. If you want to check out more just jump in to this few files!

I wrote to Matteo a message in the begining of January. He was looking for a crew for his movie. On the set I met a lot of crazy, positive people. For 4 days we were like little family.
With some of them I met in other projects...I hope that in future I will also meet with other guys:)
To this day I remember the best brownie baked by Bettianne, and how Carlo made all of us laugh :)

It's no easy to work in winter time. Specialy if a lot of scenes are taken outside. For make-up artist it's difficult to fight with red ears and noses:) But I tried to handle with this as good I could!:)

Guys believe me you need to check it out!! ;)

Make my day.

Thank you.
I want to starts from this words because today one person who spend (probably really) a lot of time to check out almost all of my works make my day. So I want to thank all people who ever support me!

So today I want to share something diffrent with you.
Men shoot.
It's true that I didn't prepare so many male models than female models but on my list I met few really handsom funny and cool guys who are as much interesting on photos as girls!
With guys is always funny because they hate make-up and they always react like little babys on sponge, foundation and all that "girl stuff" - not every of them... for example Ernest that u can admire on lower photo he just love photo shoots so make-up is for him like a starter before first snap of camera!

It's important to don't put to much cosmetics on their faces, they very often don't need to much foundation and they should look more natural and in men style (only if the idea of make-up is more theatrical then u can do what you want but in test shoots you need to be carefull what you do!).

So maybe I didn't write today to long post but I had a need to share with you something diffrent than always.
P.s I'm after really amazing shoot so I can't wait to share this with you guys!:)

And in this saturday Artmission will prepare few models for LIVE NETWORKING FOR FASHION & ART -17.08.2013 in Berlin! Cross your fingers for me!:)

Patience

It’s not easy to wait for another project to show up. Sometimes you need to wait for long weeks before you get any message or short note. It’s easier if you take everything…paid job and TFP projects… then you have 80% of TFP projects and 20% of normal paid work.
One year ago I decided I wont do TFP project any more. It’s not easy decision because when u work in this profession u know exactly that it’s not so many photographers or models who get paid for their work… so you feel that you are the only one who have strick rules.  But after so many years… after so many shoots you need to know when to say… “No for TFP”. It’s not only about respect for yourself… I spend in one month so many cash for cosmetics, brushes and other stuff that you realize that it’s not only a hobby… it’s your work…and if you want to be treat as a professional if you want to be better time after time you need to invest in yourself..but money don’t fall down from the sky… foundation don’t dripping from a faucet – my very good  friend also make-up artist said that and I love to use that sentence- before someone ask me about cooperation I always make my point and tell them ..for me it’s not important to get paid for my work… min. I expected is that someone will pay for my reimbursement for used stuff. I don’t have high price list, I’m also a human being.

So all Dear Make-up artist…models…photographers.. it’s good to work on TFP base when you just started… you can meet a lot of people,  create interesting portfolio…but you need to remember one day you need to wake up from TFP madness and fight for your right..

So this shot is from few weeks ago, I once again met with Maria but this time as a photographer  work VashaK. We still waiting for more photos but first 3 which Vazha choosed are great…
I love the light… his point of view to capture reall beauty of Maria… ;)

I had really great July…I’m still wondering how it will looks like August … ;)

Like always I invite you to check out whats going on in Artmission funpage!;)
